The Residential Marketing Manager (RDM) will participate in an exciting and fast paced environment in the residential rental division. The RDM will liaise with the residential leasing and marketing teams to support a broad base of marketing activities needed to support the residential property and mixed-use development portfolios. Responsibilities include the development, implementation and on-going support of the following: print and digital collateral, property websites, digital media, advertising campaigns, analytics, resident communications tools, and touchpoints that contribute to the overall resident experience. The candidate will work to ensure brand consistency in marketing efforts associated with collateral materials and communications, leasing and resident programs, onsite property and leasing display, and amenity programs. Given the emphasis on digital media and advertising to drive leasing traffic, RDA must be comfortable implementing search engine optimization (SEO) / search engine marketing (SEM) strategies, tracking and evaluating analytics as well as guiding and implementing content strategies needed to support business goals. Additionally, this position will drive content development and lead implementation for internal and external digital/print residential advertising campaigns to optimize return on investment (ROI). A successful candidate must bring a well-rounded marketing perspective coupled with a strong understanding of the synergy between digital media and lead conversion to the role.
