    The Legal Document Specialist is responsible for digitization and maintenance of company-wide real estate and corporate documents, materials, historical records and storage items.


    • Records Administration for the Legal Department at The Durst Organization
    • Digitize and make available company-wide documents to Executive Management, Operations, Legal, Leasing, Accounting, Collections, Construction, Information Technology, Transactions, and Building Services Department
    • Attend core team meetings of Document Management System (DMS) committee
    • Assist with document execution process for leasing and non-leasing documents; diligently track progress thereof
    • Record, oversee and monitor documents and items being placed in and removed from storage as required by company retention policy
    • Provide Legal and Administrative support as needed
    • Perform all other projects and duties as required and assigned


    • 4 year accredited college education
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload
    • Experience with digital asset management systems and DMS, OpenText preferred
    • Extensive paralegal experience in a law firm preferred
    • Discretion with confidential matters required
