    Assist in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions.


    • Preparation of initial draft real estate documents, for attorney review
    • Preparation of clear and concise correspondence and memorandum
    • Oversight of the execution of various real estate documents; diligently track progress thereof
    • Coordinate with internal departments and outside counsel
    • Records Administration
    • Digitize and make available company-wide documents to Executive Management, Operations, Legal, Leasing, Accounting, Collections, Construction, Information Technology, Transactions, and Building Services Departments
    • Attend core team meetings of Document Management System (DMS) committee
    • Record, oversee and monitor documents and items being placed in and removed from storage as required by company retention policy
    • Provide Legal and Administrative support as needed
    • Perform all other projects and duties as required and assigned


    • At least 5 years of previous commercial real estate transactions preferably in a law firm or in-house at a real estate developer
    • 4 year accredited college education
    • Strong writing, organizational and communication skills required
    • Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diversified workload
    • Experience with digital asset management systems and DMS, OpenText preferred
    • Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Discretion with confidential matters required
