The Senior Project Manager – Entitlement and Design plays a central and highly visible role in the advancement of multiple projects in the Philadelphia area. The Senior Project Manager typically has an area of particular expertise within the development cycle, and extensive experience in the entitlement and design stage of a development project. The Senior Project Manager oversees Project Managers and consultants, as well as collaborates with internal partners based on their expertise in a particular field. The Senior Project Manager will be involved in day-to-day activities throughout all project phases to assure that quality, time, and cost are in line with project objectives. The Senior Project Manager will do a great deal of community outreach by coordinating with all agencies including, but not limited to governing authorities, department of real estate and utility companies as it relates to engineering plans and necessary approvals. The Senior Project Manager must conform to a standard for excellent organizational and communication abilities, and possess the ability to draw upon a thorough understanding of the development process in order to define and execute processes. They must apply their skills to effect solutions and maintain schedule and budget commitments.
