Candidate will create a positive experience by providing outstanding customer service to building tenants, guests, and prospects. Responsibilities will include ensuring that designated areas are clean and well organized at all times.
Candidates must be flexible and able to work all of the following shifts as needed:
Includes empting all waste receptacles and replacing with a new clear plastic liner; thoroughly clean all fixtures (i.e., toilet bowls, urinal, sinks, partitions, mirrors) with an approved disinfectant; replenish all soap and paper dispensers; and thoroughly wash all floors with an approved disinfectant.
Machine scrub floors making sure the corners are thoroughly cleaned. Thoroughly rinse scrubbed floor areas and apply floor finish. Thoroughly sweep, damp mop and spray buff hard floor surfaces.
Note: Special care must be taken not to splash solution on walls, doors and furniture.
Operate freight elevator, remove all rubbish from designated freight elevator lobbies. Ensure that all floors (freight lobbies) are thoroughly swept and mopped.
Ensure all collected rubbish is disposed of in the proper compactors (i.e., wet or dry trash).
