Provide administrative support services for leasing and operations at the property level. This position will interact with a diverse group of prospects, applicants, and residents to facilitate their specific needs or to successfully direct them to the correct internal contact. Sound judgment is required in order to plan, prioritize, and organize a varied workload to ensure the delivery of high-value support and related services. | | The two schedules for these positions are as follow: | | Thursday - Monday 10am - 6pm (Regular days off are Tuesday & Wednesday) | Friday - Saturday 10am - 6pm (Regular days off are Wednesday & Thursday)
The Security Manager will collaborate with the Director of Security to ensure the safety of employees, tenants and visitors throughout the organization. He/she will identify security initiatives and work to constantly update security guidelines and procedures. The Security Manager will maintain oversight for security supervisors, as well as, security officers and will physically patrol portfolio properties ensuring the safety of portfolio buildings and tenants. Further, the Security Manager will assist in the management of company response to natural and manmade disasters. | | The following three (3) shifts are available: | - 3PM-11PM, Sunday and Monday off | - 3PM-11PM, Friday and Saturday off | - 3PM-11PM, Regular days off (RDO) TBD - please confirm availability during interview process
The position shall perform all aspects of the leasing process including scheduling, touring, qualifying, and preparing all required paperwork for prospects and applicants. |
