The Engineering Associate will assist the member of the Engineering Department to ensure efficient, sustainable operation of both new and existing building infrastructure. Will review the design and installation of building systems in both new and existing buildings is of the quality and efficient, sustainable. Act as a technical resource for Operations, Construction and Leasing departments with regard to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing issues.
The Engineering Manager position will act in a technical capacity to ensure the best confluence of cost, design, efficiency, and operational goals. The Engineering Manager must efficiently resolve operational issues based on field observations and feedback from various instrumentation systems, and methodically and effectively disseminate broad technical concepts to individuals with varying backgrounds.
The Leasing Manager is responsible, under the supervision of the Director of Residential Leasing, for setting the pricing and leasing of apartments, monitoring leasing activities for the site, and the accurate tracking of leasing data and completion of leasing and marketing (traffic and sources) reports in compliance with all company policies and procedures. In addition, the Leasing Manager will oversee the leasing activities of the leasing associates assigned to the building and assist, support, and cover for the Leasing Managers in the portfolio.
The Architectural Project Manager oversees all aspects of the design process of development projects for both ground up developments as well as existing building renovation projects. The Architectural Project Manager monitors projects throughout construction to ensure high standards of workmanship and compliance with construction documents and all applicable building codes. This position fills a critical role in the company and collaborates with many internal and external members of the Development Team as well as members of the Operational team.
The Project Manager plays a central and highly visible role in the advancement and delivery of one or more projects. The Project Manager either directly manages specific projects or assists in the management of large and complex projects. The Project Manager is involved in all day-to-day activities throughout all project phases to assure that quality, time, and cost are all in line with project objectives. The Project Manager must conform to a standard for excellent organizational and communication abilities, and possess the ability to draw upon a thorough understanding of the development process in order to define and execute processes. This position will coordinate with tenants whenever appropriate, to ensure timely and safe completion of all aspects of projects. The Project Manager may oversee direct reports and consultants, as well as collaborate with the Project Manager of the Construction Department.

The Project Associate will undertake discrete tasks and long term assignments in the support of a development project or projects, and will fulfill many of the management and day-to-day activities necessary for the advancement of development projects throughout all project phases. The primary mission of the Assistant Fire Safety Director is to collaborate with the Director of Fire Safety through the implementation of the building's fire safety plan including the management of the Fire Command Station and the supervision of the Starter/Deputy Fire Safety Director team members. The successful Assistant Fire Safety Director candidate will assist the Director of Fire Safety as a liaison to the NYC Fire Department during building program set up and emergencies.
The Compost Manager will have oversight and responsibility of all production, operations, and sales of the composting facility at McEnroe Organic Farm. The facility processes up to 40,000 cubic yards of manure, yard waste, and food waste and up to 20,000 cubic yards of bulk and bagged finished compost. The Compost Manager will ensure safe working conditions, and best processes for the composting facility. The Compost Manager will also play a key role in account management and sales growth. The Compost Manager will play a key role in new product development for the Farm.
