An IT Application Specialist is responsible for maintaining the Business Applications software tools used to enable the leasing, accounting, and operations group in the use of technology solutions for the Real Estate and Development industry. Primary mission is to ensure internal end-users are enabled to utilize software applications to effectively do their job. This role includes both maintenance and enhancements to operational software used by the company.
The VP of Amenities is responsible for managing strategy, operations and experiential marketing of the company’s amenity offerings for tenants and residents including programming, events, food & beverage, and conference spaces. The Development Division Manager is a newly created position that will function in a key role to enable the Principal and Chief Development Officer to work most effectively with staff and both internal and external stakeholders. The Command Center of OWTC is the nerve center of One World Trade Center (OWTC) Security operation, having the ability to monitor all surveillance cameras, access control systems, the ability to communicate clearly with staff through a base station mobile radio, as well as hard line telephone and internet access. The Command Center (CC) staffing usually consists of a minimum of two Security Officers (SO) and one Security Supervisor or Manager. The Senior Manager of Events is responsible for all strategy, oversight, and management of Programming and Events for The Durst Organization. This individual will oversee a dynamic team of managers who focus on programming for the residential and commercial portfolios, and manage corporate-sponsored events (internal and external). The Senior Manager will collaborate closely with other departments, including Marketing, Residential, Commercial Leasing, Operations and other members of the Durst team to ensure the Programming and Events team meet the business needs and standards. The Senior Manager of Programming and Events will also develop and oversee metrics and success criteria of all programming and events to better inform decisions around vendor selection, maximize amenity space utilization and identify type of future programing. In addition, the Senior Manager will play a visible role at our properties including direct interaction with tenants and residents to gauge excitement and interest in particular programming offerings.

The Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Manager in the direction and coordination of operational activities necessary to protect, maintain and enhance the value of One World Trade Center.
